Ron has many years of hands-on, real world experience. Amongst friends and colleagues he is known for upholding family values, maintaining respect and integrity, and always giving his full effort and attention to every task. Ron is not an individual who enjoys an idle life, preferring to keep himself busy and productive in his spare time. His life has been well spent gaining experience and knowledge, practicing and mastering his skill in many trades, managing projects both big and small, and even running his own company. Being a man of action, there is no task he puts himself to that is left abandoned, no matter the difficulty, he applies himself and works every problem to its solution. Ron prides himself in providing for his family, being a man of his word, and facing life head on. One of his strongest beliefs is that you cannot coast through life, you must take charge of your own future, and never accept defeat, as you are the only person who can set limits on what you are capable of.

Chris is someone who has overcome many obstacles through his life, even though he is still only a short way through it. Despite being early on in his journey, he has still acquired a wealth of knowledge, skill, and understanding from the experiences life has granted him thus far. Chris put himself to work straight out of grade school, never shying away from taking on a job, and diving into the world of working hard and earning your way. Still with much to learn and achieve, he is ready and willing to face any challenges, and assess every problem until it is solved. He has never let the hardships of life keep him down, maintaining resilience and motivation to build a better future for himself and those around him. He was born into the perfect generation to grow up alongside advancing technology that is becoming the driving force of the world, yet also raised on the values of working hard, practicing honor and integrity, and keeping respect and appreciation for the generation before him. Thanks to Ron, he has grown up with the understanding for working hard toward your goals, finishing what you’ve started, and appreciating what you have.
